Artwork Requirements
- Color Mode: CMYK recommended
- Resolution: 150–300 DPI at final print size
- Fonts: Convert fonts to outlines or embed them in your PDF
- Images: Embed all linked images before uploading
- Backgrounds: Extend colors and images through the required bleed area
- Important Content: Keep logos, text, phone numbers and other important elements inside the safe area

Stretch table covers pull tightly around the table and legs. Avoid placing important text, logos or small details too close to corners, seams or areas where the fabric stretches around the table legs.
Before Uploading Your File
- Confirm that your artwork matches the 6 ft. or 8 ft. table size you selected.
- Check spelling, phone numbers, website addresses and other important information.
- Make sure all important content is positioned inside the safe area.
- Use high-resolution logos and images whenever possible.
- Do not flatten low-resolution artwork into a larger file to increase its size.
Proofing & Production
If a proof is required, Doorstep Printing will send it for your review before production. Please carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, colors and contact information before approving.
Production turnaround begins after acceptable artwork and any required proof approval have been received.
