<h2>Yard Sign File Setup Instructions</h2>
<p>For the best print quality, please submit artwork that is sized correctly and ready for production. If you’re not sure whether your file is print-ready, our team can review it before production.</p>
<h3>Recommended File Setup</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Finished Size:</strong> Set your artwork to the exact size of the sign you are ordering.</li>
<li><strong>Resolution:</strong> 150-300 DPI at final size is recommended.</li>
<li><strong>Color Mode:</strong> CMYK is preferred for the most accurate printed color.</li>
<li><strong>Bleed:</strong> Add 0.125″ bleed on all sides when artwork extends to the edge.</li>
<li><strong>Safe Zone:</strong> Keep important text, logos, phone numbers, QR codes, and other critical elements at least 0.25″ inside the finished edge.</li>
<li><strong>Fonts:</strong> Convert fonts to outlines when submitting AI or EPS files, or make sure fonts are properly embedded in your PDF.</li>

<h3>Double-Sided Signs</h3>
<p>If your sign is printed on both sides, please provide artwork for both sides. If both sides use the same design, you may upload the same artwork once and indicate that the design should be repeated on both sides.</p>
<h3>QR Codes & Small Text</h3>
<p>QR codes should be high resolution and large enough to scan easily from the expected viewing distance. Avoid placing QR codes, small text, or important information too close to the edge of the sign.</p>
<h3>Artwork Orientation</h3>
<p>Make sure your artwork matches the orientation selected when ordering. For example, an 18″ × 24″ horizontal sign should be designed 24″ wide × 18″ high.</p>
