To ensure the best print quality and proper alignment, please follow these setup guidelines when preparing your artwork:
Document Size
- Flat Size (with bleed): 18.5″ x 12.25″
- This includes front, back, pockets, and bleed area
Bleed
- Add 0.125″ (1/8″) bleed on all sides
- Extend all background colors and images to the bleed edge
Trim & Safety Area
- Keep all important text and logos at least 0.25″ inside the trim line
- Avoid placing critical elements near folds, edges, or pocket areas
Color Mode
- Use CMYK color mode only
- RGB files may shift in color when printed
Resolution
- Minimum 300 DPI for all images and graphics
File Format
- Preferred: Print-ready PDF (PDF/X-1a recommended)
