Artwork & File Setup Instructions
For the best print quality, please upload print-ready artwork that matches the size and format of the greeting card you are ordering.
- Preferred File Format: Print-ready PDF
- Also Accepted: AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and high-resolution JPG
- Resolution: 300 DPI recommended
- Color Mode: CMYK preferred
- Bleed: Add 0.125″ bleed on all sides where artwork extends to the edge
- Safe Zone: Keep important text and logos at least 0.125″ inside the trim line
- Fonts: Embed fonts in your PDF or convert text to outlines when possible
Folded Greeting Cards
For folded cards, please make sure your artwork is designed for the correct finished size and fold orientation. The outside and inside panels should be positioned correctly before uploading.
For example, a 5″ x 7″ folded card may require artwork built as a 10″ x 7″ flat document before folding, plus the required bleed.
Uploading Multiple Files
If the front, inside, and back designs are provided as separate files, clearly label each file so our production team can identify its placement.
