Artwork Requirements
- Color Mode: CMYK recommended
- Resolution: 150–300 DPI at final print size
- Fonts: Convert fonts to outlines or embed them in your PDF
- Images: Embed all linked images before uploading
- Backgrounds: Extend colors and images through the required bleed area
- Important Content: Keep logos, text, phone numbers, websites and other important elements inside the safe area

Fitted table covers wrap around the front, back, and sides of the table. Keep important logos, text, and contact information away from seams, folds, corners, and lower edges where they may be harder to see.
Before You Upload
- Confirm that your artwork matches the 6 ft. or 8 ft. table size selected.
- Double-check spelling, phone numbers, website addresses and other important information.
- Keep important content inside the recommended safe area.
- Use high-resolution logos and images whenever possible.
- Do not enlarge low-resolution artwork and expect it to become print quality.
- Make sure your background artwork extends through all required bleed areas.
Proofing & Production
If a proof is required, Doorstep Printing will send it for your review before production. Please carefully check your artwork, spelling, layout, colors, contact information, and overall design before approving.
Artwork review is intended to identify basic production concerns and does not replace customer proofreading.
Production turnaround begins after acceptable artwork and any required proof approval have been received.
