File Setup Instructions

• Format: Print-ready PDF preferred. AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and JPG are also accepted.
• Resolution: 300 DPI at final size.
• Color mode: CMYK for full color. Use 100% K for black-only text.
• Return address area: Keep artwork in the top-left corner, at least 0.25″ from all edges.
• Safe zones: Keep all print 0.25″ from edges and seams. Don’t print over the window area or the flap glue line.
• Full bleed: Add 0.125″ bleed on all sides. Full-coverage designs may require pre-printing before conversion, so we’ll confirm this on your quote.
• Postal clear zone (#10): Leave the bottom 5/8″ and the right side clear for USPS barcoding.
• Fonts: Outline all fonts or embed them in your PDF.
• Mailing lists: Upload a CSV or Excel file with separate columns for Name, Address, City, State, and ZIP.
