We offer both local pickup in Detroit and shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI, EPS, and PSD files. PDF is preferred for best print quality. All files should be 300 DPI at the final print size.

All artwork should be a minimum of 300 DPI at the intended print size. Low resolution files may result in blurry or pixelated prints. We’ll flag any file issues before going to print.

Bleed is an extra 0.125" or 1/8 inch of artwork that extends beyond the trim edge of your design. It helps prevent white borders after cutting. Print-ready files should include bleed on all sides.

Yes. Our team can help design your print materials. Contact us with your project details and we’ll provide a design quote. Turnaround for design work varies by project complexity.

We review all uploaded files for basic technical issues. If we notice a problem, we will contact you before printing. For a formal proof, request one at the time of your order.

We offer rush options on top of our standard 3–7 business day turnaround: 3 Day Rush is +30%, Next Day is +50%, and Same Day is +100% of the base price. Rush availability depends on current production volume, so contact us to confirm before ordering.

You’ll receive an email notification when your order is complete and ready for pickup or has shipped. Make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

If there is a verified print defect on our end, we will reprint your order at no charge. We do not offer reprints for errors in customer-supplied artwork. Please review our full Refund & Reprint Policy for details.
